Rhode Island Historic Preservation and Heritage Commission issued the following news release:

A historic school building in Pascoag has received federal recognition for its contributions to the history of architecture and education. Frederick C. Williamson, Chairman of the Rhode Island Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission, announced that the National Park Service has added the Pascoag Grammar School to the National Register of Historic Places.
