ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 11 -- Frank Bahren of Karlsruhe, Germany, Michael Becker of Philippsburg, Germany, and Harald Schopp of Ettlingen, Germany, have developed a motor vehicle navigation system that includes a modular display computing system for presenting navigational data to a motor vehicle user.
