WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 -- Rep. Bobby L. Rush, D-Illinois, has introduced the Melanie Blocker-Stokes Postpartum Depression Research and Care Act (H.R. 20), legislation that would "provide for research on, and services for individuals with, postpartum depression and psychosis."
The bill, introduced on Jan. 4, was referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
