Article: OSWEGO COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS OFFICE TO MOVE JAN. 22

Oswego County issued the following press release:

The Oswego County Board of Elections will move to a new office at 185 E. Seneca St. in Oswego on Monday, Jan. 22. The board will be housed in Operation Oswego County's Business Expansion Center between East 12th and East 13th streets.

The new location will provide more office space for the Board of Elections staff and includes a large storage space for new electronic voting machines.

Sometime later this year, the manual lever voting machines which have been used for several decades will be replaced by electronic voting machines. The county will be required to store the new machines at the Board of Elections office in order to comply with ...
