Are you planning to make an improvement to your property this year that will add to its taxable value? If so, the City of Davenport has a tax exemption program that may help you.

The Urban Revitalization Tax Exemption program (URTE) was created to encourage private investment and reinvestment in targeted areas of the city by providing an exemption on the increase in property taxes resulting from major improvements.
