The town of Fishers issued the following press release:

In September 2006, 1,200 Fishers households were anonymously chosen to participate in a survey regarding Town government and services. Developed by the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), the National Citizen Survey (NCS) results are being used to assist Town officials in measuring service performance, assessing community needs, and in developing long-term, short-term, and/or strategic plans.
