By this Public Notice, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureau) announces changes to the Commission's Universal Licensing System (ULS) to improve the filing and processing procedures for the FCC Form 603, FCC Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Application for Assignment of Authorization or Transfer of Control. In addition, FCC Form 603 has been revised as indicated below. The previous edition of FCC Form 603 will be obsolete and the new edition of the form must be used upon deployment on January 20, 2007.
