Lake Washington Technical College issued the following news release:
Lake Washington Technical College (LWTC) has been awarded a grant to support the creation of a Retention Project program in the Lake Washington Technical Academy. The Retention Project will improve academic achievement, increase attendance rates and encourage interest in participating in postsecondary education for disadvantaged high school students and support the development of their civic engagement skills, behaviors and attitudes.
