Article: Japanese Inventors Develop Digital Signal Transmission System

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 2 -- Yoshikatsu Wagatsuma and Hiroyuki Takesu, both of Kodaira, Japan, and Atsushi Miyashita of Tokorozawa, Japan, have developed a method of displaying transmission condition in digital signal transmission system.
