NEW DELHI, India, Feb 2 -- The Government of India's Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas issued the following press release: Shri Murli Deora, Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas who is on 3 day visit to Libya called on Col Muammar Gaddafi, Leader of the Great Al Fateh Revolution, in Sirte (Libya) late yesterday evening. Handing over a letter from Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, Shri Deora pointed out that Col Gaddafi has tremendous affection amongst the people of India.
