WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 -- Sen. John E. Sununu, R-New Hampshire, has introduced the White Spaces Act of 2007 (S. 337), legislation that would "require the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to issue a final order regarding white spaces."

The bill, introduced on Jan. 18, was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
