NEW DELHI, India, Feb 5 -- The Government of India's Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas issued the following press release:

Shri Murli Deora, Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas returned to India last night after completing a very successful five day visit to Libya and Yemen which was marked by the Indian delegation meeting the highest leaderships of the two countries.

Leading a high-level delegation comprising Petroleum Secretary Shri M.S. Srinivasan, Chairman Indian Oil, CMD Oil India and MD ONGC Videsh, the visit resulted in setting up of an institutional framework for piloting cooperation and joint ventures ...
