Business owners invest countless hours and dollars to create and maintain their jobs, so when a town experiences a decline it can be overwhelming for a business owner who wants to make a positive effect.
The Main Street program provides a simple framework and network for a town to implement changes along with techniques to bring attention and business back to a town's main street.
Business owners who participate seem to be pleased with the results that Main Street West Virginia has generated.
