Effects from the housing sales decline will linger and the recent frost will have lasting impact on San Diego's agriculture, according to regional economic experts who spoke at the 23rd annual Economic Roundtable held today at the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice at the University of San Diego.
