The Internet is growing as an advertising medium. In 2000, advertisers spent $4.85 billion on Internet advertising.1 More than $10 billion was spent on Internet advertising in 2005.2 This figure may more than double by 2010. There are several reasons for such growth in Internet advertising. One is that more people will use the Internet.
