ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 12 -- Luke H. Helbing and Joshua J. Coenen, both of Chicago, have developed an ornamental design for a skirt with ornamental design, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office announced.
The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. D536,159 on Feb. 6.
The patent has been assigned to Game Bibs Inc., Chicago.
