Article: SEN. FARLEY'S REPORT ON SENATE CONTINUES TO FIGHT FOR DEATH PENALTY IN NEW YORK STATE

New York State Sen. Hugh T. Farley, R-Schenectady (44th District), issued the following news release:

I recently sponsored the legislative resolution that commemorates Blue Friday in New York State. This year, Blue Friday was observed on Friday, February 9th. This day salutes law enforcement officers and particularly those who were killed in the line of duty. As we take this day to remember the fallen, it is also a time when the New York State Senate renews its commitment to help protect our officers, including bringing the death penalty back to this State.
