Gov. John Lynch and a bi-partisan coalition of House and Senate lawmakers, today presented a comprehensive definition of an adequate education based on New Hampshire's existing school approval standards and curriculum frameworks.
"As a State, we have a moral and constitutional responsibility for public education. We must educate all our children so they become responsible citizens and productive members of our society, and can meaningfully participate in our democracy," Gov. Lynch said.
