Article: Hospital Officials Plan NEw Facility in Berkeley Springs

BERKELEY SPRINGS - Morgan County War Memorial Hospital, one of the oldest health care facilities in the state, will be replaced within the next three years, according to hospital officials.

The new War Memorial Hospital, which will be owned by the county, will be constructed on 80.5 acres along Fairview Drive about two miles from the existing hospital, said Neil McLaughlin, vice president of operations. The estimated cost of the new hospital is between $15 million and $30 million.
