There is no information flier outside the home for sale at 125 E. Beckwith Ave. Instead, a sign in the front yard prompts prospective buyers to enter a number into their cell phones to receive a text message.
It's a new advertising concept called text-message marketing, and analysts are predicting it will soon sweep the nation. Thanks to Mike Sparr and his Internet solutions company, Goomzee, Missoula is at the leading edge of the trend.
