Metrosol, Inc. (Austin, TX), developer and manufacturer of advanced semiconductor metrology systems, announced the appointment of Kevin P. Fahey, Ph.D., to serve as the company's president and chief executive officer.
Dr. Fahey holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in materials science and engineering from Stanford University (Stanford, CA) and a B.S. in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Cambridge, MA). Most recently, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Fab Market Division within FEI Company, a global leader in providing instruments for nanoscale imaging, analysis, and prototyping.
