NEW DELHI, India, Feb 15 -- The Government of India's Ministry of Tourism and Culture issued the following press release: India and China have drawn up a month-wise action plan through mutual consultations to promote tourism related activities between the two countries. The action plan was unveiled here on the occasion of the inauguration of "India-China Year of Friendship through Tourism 2007". The Minister of Tourism and Culture Smt.
