Article: Danish Inventors Develop Frontloaded Injection Device

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 16 -- Michael Ejstrup Hansen of Veflinge, Denmark, Claus Schmidt Moller of Fredensborg, Denmark, Christian Peter Enggaard of Hillerod, Denmark, and Andre Larsen of Dragor, Denmark, have developed a frontloaded injection device that includes a cartridge holder into which a replaceable cartridge containing a fluid.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The cartridge holder includes a closing element such as a pair of claws which are displaceable in a radial direction.
