Coughlin and Grendell to introduce legislation that would establish uniform, statewide standards to govern the appropriate use of eminent domain in Ohio
In an effort to better protect the rights of private property owners, state senators today announced a two-pronged approach for establishing statewide standards to govern the use of eminent domain in Ohio. Senate President Bill Harris (R-Ashland) has endorsed legislation to be introduced in coming days by State Senators Kevin Coughlin (R-Cuyahoga Falls) and Tim Grendell (R-Chesterland).
