Article: Rep. Green Introduces Resolution Honoring, Praising National Association for Advancement of Colored People

WASHINGTON, Feb. 22 -- Rep. Al Green, D-Texas, has introduced a resolution (H.Con.Res. 44) "honoring and praising the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People on the occasion of its 98th anniversary."

The resolution, introduced on Jan. 24, was co-sponsored by 104 representatives. It was referred to the House Judiciary Committee.
