ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 23 -- Nobuyuki Motoyama, Yoshiyuki Hori and Goro Inoue, all from Fukaya, Japan, Shigeru Tamai of Ikeda, Japan, Masatoshi Shintani of Sanda, Japan, and Mikio Toyoda of Kawagoe, Japan, have developed a mark transfer tool, a mark transfer tape and a manufacturing method of mark transfer tape.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, the invention relates to a "mark transfer tool utilizing a coat film transfer technology, concerning various marks composed of characters, codes, patterns or their combination.
