Jefferson County issued the following news release:

The Board of County Commissioners is accepting applications for the following Jefferson County Boards and Commissions vacancies for 2007. All interested Jefferson County residents are encouraged to apply. A more detailed description of the board and an application can be obtained by calling 303-271 8508 or by visiting our Web site at www.jeffco.us. Completed applications are due in the Commissioners Office, (100 Jefferson County Parkway, Suite 5550, Golden, CO 80419) by 5 PM on Wednesday, February 28, 2007.
