Experts see financial benefits, legal woes when the new law takes effect
New Jersey's new civil union law promises to bring mixed blessings to the Garden State.
Some experts predict that the law will produce new business and consequently additional tax revenues for the state's coffers. Others say civil unions could open a Pandora's box of legal problems pitting state law against federal law.
