The Grosvenor Company and CB Richard Ellis announced today that NIAC Cosmetics will be added to the roster of national brand tenants located at The River, Grosvenors, lifestyle/entertainment center, located at Highway 111 and Bob Hope Drive in Rancho Mirage. This will be the first freestanding MAC Cosmetics store in the Coachella Valley. CBRE's Maggie Montez represented The Grosvenor Company in the 10-year, 1,826 square foot lease transaction.
