Bar NZ Inc., the Spokane-area franchisee for Wendy's Old-Fashioned Hamburgers fast-food restaurants, plans to develop a new Wendy's restaurant in the Spokane Valley.
Citadel Construction Inc., of Spokane, is the contractor on the 3,300-square-foot, $500,000 project, which will be built at 225 N. Sullivan. Site work has begun, and construction is set to begin once permits are secured, says Dan Nagy, coowner of Bar NZ. Bar NZ is leasing the land. A building there that formerly housed a travel agency has been torn down.
The new restaurant will replace a Wendy's outlet currently located at 14720 E. Sprague. Nagy says construction on the new eatery should wrap up in August, and the restaurant ...
