The Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) has been awarded the 2007 PREMIER Award for Affordable Housing Development by the Institute of Real Estate Management, Chicago Chapter (IREM). The award reflects the significant work that Gov. Rod R. Blagojevich is achieving in the area of affordable housing. The award is for three projects that reflect the principles and priorities outlined by the Governor in Illinois' annual Comprehensive Housing Plans.
