As the body count continues to rise, especially on the Palestinian side of the Middle East War, Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat Sunday defied Secretary of State Colin Powell's demands that he end the violence. Additionally, Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon continues to defy President Bush's demands that he pull out of the West Bank. The standoff, Arafat claims, is costing a lot of innocent lives.
The stalemate has Nation of Islam Leader Minister Louis Farrakhan confirming his visit with Muslim world leaders including a possible trip to the Middle East and Israel. He's worried of an expanded war that could include other Muslim countries.
