The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point issued the following news release:
This past Monday the Stevens Point School District approved a program that will set up four-year prekindergarten in our existing area child care centers and early childhood programs that choose to be part of the program and meet the eligibility requirements, including the Helen R. Godfrey University Child Learning & Care Center (HRG/UCLCC) and the Gesell Institute at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
An informational meeting for the community will be held Tuesday, March 6, at 6:30 p.m. at Ben Franklin Jr. High School. The following Monday on March 12, from 6 to 8 p.m., HRG/UCLCC and Gesell will each ...
