Barton County Community College issued the following news release:
Barton County Community College will offer Continuing Nursing Education on wound care. Open to all health care professionals, the course will cover the topics of function and structures of the skin, phases of wound healing, elements of a head-to-toe assessment, documentation, chronic wounds and products used in treating a wound.
The class will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, in the college's Fine Arts Building Seminar Room, F-30. Registration is set for 8 to 8:30 a.m. Speaker will be Debra Lewis.
