Article: CHEF JOHN FOLSE CULINARY INSTITUTE AT NICHOLLS TO PRESENT ITALIAN FEAST

Nicholls State University issued the following news release:

Celebrate St. Joseph's Day and Louisiana's culinary tradition with an Italian feast Monday, March 19, at the 10th Annual Lafcadio Hearn Award Dinner and Distinguished Visiting Chef Series held by the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University.

The event will honor Joseph Maselli as well as the staff and owners of Angelo Brocato Ice Cream & Confectionery Inc. The award is given to culinary professionals who have had a long-term, positive influence on the cuisine and culture of Louisiana and the nation.
