Article: Puerto Rico Economic Stimulus Act Introduced in House by Rep. Fortuño

WASHINGTON, March 14 -- Rep. Luis G. Fortuño, R-Puerto Rico, has introduced the Puerto Rico Economic Stimulus Act of 2007 (H.R. 1339), legislation that would "make residents of Puerto Rico eligible for the earned income tax credit."

The bill, introduced on March 6, was referred to the House Ways and Means Committee.
