Ceisler Jubelirer, a Philadelphia-based strategic-communications firm, opened an office at 227 State St. in Harrisburg. Ceisler Jubelirer leased the space from Vinculum Inc. Commercial Really Group Inc. of Lemoyne negotiated the lease.

Murphy & Dittenhafer Architects of York completed the design phase for renovations to and expansion of the Waldorf School of Baltimore. The $5 million project will update the Children's Garden preschool and add five high school classrooms and a multipurpose room with a stage and full gymnasium equipment. Construction is expected to begin this spring and be completed early next year.
