Article: French Inventors Develop Digital Signal Coded Processing Device

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 15 -- Fabrice Le Leannec of Sevigne, France, and Patrice Onno of Rennes, France, have developed a method of processing a coded digital signal from a digital signal separated into several zones.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, the invention relates to a "method of processing a coded digital signal including a set of information representing the digital signal, zones of the signal, and parameters used during the coding."
