London, March 18 -- The glitches plaguing the powerful HiRISE (High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment) camera onboard NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) have stabilised, at least for now, NASA astronomers have said.
The HiRISE camera is the most powerful camera ever sent beyond Earth's orbit
Scientists say while the camera is intact and fully capable of returning stunningly detailed pictures of the Red Planet, the cause of the problem still remains unknown.
