Maurice Hinchey (D-NY) today brought Pastor Johann Christoph Arnold of Rifton, New York's Church Communities International to the U.S. House of Representatives to serve as guest chaplain and open the day's proceedings with a prayer. Each member of Congress has the opportunity to invite a clergy member from his or her congressional district to serve as guest chaplain for a day.
