Article: NEW CHILD CARE CENTER TO CATER TO CHILDREN OF PURDUE RESEARCH PARK-BASED WORKERS

Purdue University issued the following news release:

With toy shovels and hard-hats, Purdue University officials and area children broke ground on Tuesday (March 20) for a new child care facility to open at Purdue Research Park in August of 2007.

The 14,000-square-foot facility will be the first building constructed in the research park's Phase III development tract, which encompasses approximately 350 acres of foundation-owned land north of Kalberer Road. The 2.18-acre building site will feature a child care facility that can accommodate up to 190 children, of which 16 can be infants.
