The New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services issued the following news release:
The Department of Health and Senior Services has received 219 civil union license applications from local registrars as of March 19, 2007, according to the New Jersey Registrar's Office of Vital Statistics.
The breakdown by counties is as follows:

Burlington: 10
Camden: 14
Cape May: 8
Cumberland: 6
Essex: 20
Gloucester: 7
Hudson: 19
Hunterdon: 16
Mercer: 7
