The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for the Western District of Virginia issued the following press release:

United States Attorney John L. Brownlee and Virginia Attorney General Bob McDonnell announced today that seven defendants have pleaded guilty to drug charges related to a local, state and federal joint investigation aimed at curbing drug and gang activity in the Shenandoah Valley. Charges against 22 defendants were announced in December. Seven of those defendants have pleaded guilty.
