Commerce growing in downtown Lebanon

Soup Thyme, a vendor of homemade soups and sandwich wraps, opened a stand at the Lebanon Farmer's Market near the beginning of March. It was the first of seven new vendors scheduled to open at the market before April 5, said Angle Kolovani-Bechtold, who handles market operations.

The list of new vendors includes Pasta Fresca, Mackadelli, Zigs Bakery, South Fork, Crave Coffee & Gelato, and Cheyney Seafood. With the addition of these retailers, the market will be 100 percent occupied, complete with a waiting list of 30, Kolovani-Bechtold said.
