The U.S. Department of Commerce's Minority Business Development Agency issued the following press release:

The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) of the U.S. Department of Commerce today announced $7.2 million in total funding for 28 Minority Business Enterprise Centers (MBECs) including four new centers located in major metropolitan areas around the United States.

MBDA increased its nationwide network of MBECs by investing over $940,000 in annual spending in four new locations: Las Vegas, Nevada; St. Louis, Missouri; Indianapolis, Indiana; and New Orleans, Louisiana.
