The Colorado Department of Agriculture issued the following news release:

Colorado is well-known for its tender beef, luscious lamb and fresh produce. To help consumers find restaurants that use Colorado products on their menus, the Colorado Department of Agriculture annually publishes the Colorado Proud Restaurant Guide.

"We want to connect residents and visitors with restaurants that use Colorado products," said Wendy White, marketing specialist for the Colorado Department of Agriculture. "Local chefs are creating 'Colorado Cuisine,' and this guide points consumers in the right direction."
