ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 2 -- William W. Hsu of Diamond Bar, Calif., and Robert A. Wiseman of Lancaster, Calif., have developed a typical flight control system that utilizes control surfaces to control flight direction.
According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A fin control assembly includes a housing, an arm configured to couple to a fin and to steer the fin relative to the housing, and a locking member disposed within the housing.
