Williams College issued the following press release:
Martin Williams, a senior at Williams College, has been awarded the college's prestigious Donovan-Moody Memorial Fellowship for post-graduate study at Exeter College, Oxford University.
The fellowship will support Williams for two years of study at Oxford. He plans to pursue a M.Sc. degree in African Studies and a M.Sc. in global governance and diplomacy.
"I am interested in designing global institutions to have a positive impact on issues like development and social justice." These, he said, led him to Oxford University for new perspectives on these issues, providing a good foundation for his future career plans.
