WASHINGTON, April 5 - The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued an environmental assessment for Wyoming Interstate's proposed Kanda Lateral and Mainline Expansion Project in Uintah and Daggett Counties, Utah, and Sweetwater and Wamsutter Counties, Wyo. The project involves constructing 124 miles of pipeline, some of it on federal lands, two new compressor stations and related facilities. The environmental assessment is available on FERC's website.
