MUMBAI, India, April 13 -- The Bombay Stock Exchange of India made the following corporate announcement:

Arunoday Mills Ltd., has informed BSE that IDBI on behalf of Secured Lenders took the possession of mills premises on October 17, 2006, under SARFAESI Act and the said mills premises alongwith land and building, plant and machinery will be transferred by IDBI to the purchaser on receipt of bid amount.
